Overview

Concrete Dispatcher Suncore is hiring a dependable Concrete Dispatcher to coordinate ready-mix deliveries, manage customer orders, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Join our team for competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities to grow! Things You’ll Do

• Take and process customer phone orders.
• Gather and verify information needed for deliveries.
• Dispatch ready-mix trucks and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain reports.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve delivery-related issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• CDL or previous ready-mix concrete experience preferred.
