Ultrasonographer Tech - Hulbert, Oklahoma

Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to deliver exceptional patient care in a clinic setting. This contract opportunity focuses on general ultrasound imaging, assisting healthcare providers in accurate diagnostics and ensuring patient comfort throughout procedures.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
• Proficient in general ultrasound imaging techniques and protocols
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and diagnostic imaging procedures
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workflow efficiently
• CPR/BLS certification desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ultrasound exams on patients as ordered by healthcare providers
• Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain accurate patient records
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain imaging processes to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to provide quality diagnostic images
• Adhere to all infection prevention and safety policies
• Ensure equipment is maintained and troubleshoot technical issues when necessary
• Assist with administrative duties related to imaging studies
