Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Gilbert, Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to support elementary and middle school students while working with a collaborative educational team. Caseload Breakdown

• Elementary School: 3 days per week, approximately 33 students
• Middle School: 2 days per week, approximately 16 students
• Case Management: Fewer than 10 students

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary and middle school students.
• Support students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage IEP responsibilities for assigned students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required before starting.
• Must already have Arizona fingerprint clearance completed.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
