Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions tailored to students needs
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student learning
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP planning and goal setting
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and data tracking
• Provide consultation, resources, and training to school staff as needed
