Special Education Teacher Roscommon, MI Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a school-based opportunity in Roscommon, Michigan. Position Highlights

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students' individual learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum, instructional strategies, and classroom materials to support student success
• Track student progress and maintain accurate educational documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff
• Support positive classroom behavior and foster an inclusive, structured learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Appropriate Michigan Special Education teaching certification required
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, accommodations, and differentiated instruction
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school teams
