School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Buda, Texas

This onsite role calls for an enthusiastic, licensed Speech Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference across grade levels from PK to 12. This position runs from August 6th to May 28th, with a 37.5-hour workweek. Youll have the opportunity to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students per specialist, working across one or two campuses within a vibrant educational community. Assignments are tailored to match your strengths and preferences, ranging from early childhood through high school and special programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience and knowledge of best practices in a K-12 environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy to students, in both individual and group settings
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member
• Consult with staff and families to support student success across school environments
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students of all backgrounds and abilities
