Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
• Experience working in K-12 school settings is valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy to school-aged students
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support the whole child
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Adapt therapy techniques to maximize student engagement and progress
