Speech Language Pathologist in Clarksburg, MD

This position supports a moderate caseload of about 35 students at the elementary level, with a collaborative and encouraging administration to help you thrive. Youll be working in-person, providing speech-language pathology services as part of a dedicated team, all within a positive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold (or be eligible for) SLP-CCC, SLP, or SLPA licensure in Maryland
• Open to Clinical Fellows new graduates welcome to apply
• Background working with school-age children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and compassionately

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication services to elementary students
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy based on individual student needs and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each childs goals
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
