Youll manage a diverse caseload of approximately 40 elementary and some PreK students at a single school site. The student needs are primarily mild to moderate, offering a dynamic yet manageable workload that allows you to focus on quality intervention.

Your clinical expertise as an ASHA-certified SLP will be essential in maintaining continuity of care for these students and ensuring compliance with IEP requirements. There is strong preference for candidates experienced in school speech-language programs, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate service delivery for a variety of speech and language disorders.

What were seeking:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience delivering school-based speech-language services
  • Proven ability to manage elementary caseloads; comfortable serving some PreK students
  • Confidence in delivering therapy, conducting assessments, and developing IEPs independently
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with school staff and families
  • Please note: This role is not open to Clinical Fellows or SLPAs

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct speech-language therapy to elementary and PreK students
  • Conducting assessments and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Implementing IEPs and participating in relevant meetings
  • Supporting a smooth transition for students during the medical leave period and beyond
  • Collaborating with educators and parents for student progress

Take this opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant school setting while enhancing your professional experience. If youre an ASHA-certified SLP ready to step in and lead a caseload, we encourage you to apply today!

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
