Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Arizona SLP license
• Current Department of Education (DOE) credentials
• IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Enrolled NPI number
• Experience in schools is valued, and candidates holding SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY distinction are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and periodic progress reviews
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the educational team
• Maintain comprehensive records and meet documentation requirements
• Participate fully in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and ongoing parent communications
