School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Peabody, Massachusetts

What Youll Need:

• Current and active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
• Experience with pediatric or school-based SLP services strongly preferred
• Understanding of elementary caseloads and IEP processes
• Ability to work effectively onsite within a school setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all services provided
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
