School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hampton, Virginia

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist license (VA SLP License required)
• Background in school-based therapy, with experience as an SLP or SLPA
• Proficiency in assessment/eval procedures for K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage IEP documentation and actively participate in meetings
• Dedication to providing individualized, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students, supporting expressive and receptive language skills
• Conduct assessments and contribute to comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely records for therapy sessions and progress monitoring
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training as needed
