Desired Qualifications:

• Hold current SLP or SLPA credential in Maryland (open to Clinical Fellows)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but candidates eager to grow in elementary environments are welcome
• Comfortable working in-person (remote opportunities are not available for this role)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement engaging therapy sessions tailored to elementary students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 35 elementary students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in collaboration with teachers and families
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide support to teaching staff
