School Based SLPA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity in Kyle, TX for the 20262027 school year. Position Highlights:

• Location: Kyle, TX
• K12 caseload
• Consistent MondayFriday school schedule
• Caseload and school assignment will be discussed during the interview
• New graduates and experienced SLPAs are encouraged to apply

SLPA Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication needs
• Collect data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and the supervising SLP
• Participate in IEP-related activities and student support meetings as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field, as applicable
• Current Texas SLPA license/registration or eligibility
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
