School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RBT to assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings within a school environment. This position involves supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral challenges, and learning differences to help foster their academic, social, and behavioral growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
• Carry out Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and assist in achieving IEP goals
• Support behavior management, transitions, and daily classroom routines
• Track and record data related to student progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with students with ASD or behavioral support needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
