School-Based Paraprofessional

School-Based Paraprofessional Flint, MI ASAP Start | Through June 11, 2027 Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week We are seeking Paraprofessionals for a full-time school-based position in the Flint, Michigan area. This role will provide direct 1:1 and classroom support to students with a variety of academic, behavioral, and functional needs.

Position Details

• ASAP start through June 11, 2027
• 37.5 hours per week
• Schedule may be 7:15 AM-3:15 PM or 8:15 AM-4:15 PM depending on school assignment
• Opportunities across all grade levels
• Potential 1:1 or classroom-based assignment
• Support students in severe, resource, self-contained, or mild-moderate settings
• Must be flexible regarding caseload and assignment type
• May assist with daily living needs, including toileting/diapering when supporting students with cognitive impairments
• Virtual interview process

Requirements

Candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• 60+ semester hours of college credit, with official university transcripts
• Associate degree or higher
• ETS ParaPro Assessment score of 460+
• SAT score of 480+ Evidence-Based Reading/Writing and 530+ Math

Official transcripts or qualifying assessment documentation will be required before submission.
