Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, monitoring, and post-procedure care
• Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care
• Monitor and assess patients status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, responding swiftly to any changes
• Administer medications and manage IV lines throughout the procedure
• Educate patients and families about procedures, readiness, and post-care requirements
• Maintain precise and timely medical documentation consistent with facility standards
• Adhere strictly to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines for patient safety
