Key Responsibilities:

• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect accurate data and record student behaviors daily
• Implement de-escalation strategies and crisis management protocols as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education professionals to create supportive learning spaces
• Offer consistent, compassionate encouragement to help students reach their behavioral and educational goals

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
