Paraprofessional | Middle School Student Support | Monroeville, PA Location: Monroeville, Pennsylvania School Setting: Middle School Position Type: Full-Time Openings: 3 Paraprofessionals Start Date: Immediate School Year Need (NSY) Make a Difference in Students' Educational Journey We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to support middle school students with academic and behavioral needs. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to work closely with students in both one-on-one and small group settings while helping them achieve success inside and outside the classroom. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in education, behavioral support, special education, youth services, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with academic and behavioral needs Work primarily in a 1:1 setting with assigned students Assist students in small group learning environments Support classroom instruction and daily educational activities Implement behavior support strategies and interventions Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic growth Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred Experience supporting students with behavioral needs is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Flexible, patient, and team-oriented approach Why Apply?
