Paraprofessional

Paraprofessional School-Based We are hiring a Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting! This is a great opportunity for a caring and dependable professional who enjoys helping students learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and/or 1:1 student support
• Assist with academics, classroom activities, and daily routines
• Support behavioral and social-emotional needs
• Follow IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Assist with personal care, including toileting and feeding, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and reliability
• Special education or behavioral experience is a plus
