Full-Time Paraprofessional We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting. This role involves working 1:1 and in small groups with students who have diverse learning needs, including behavioral support needs and learning disabilities. Youll play a key role in helping students succeed both academically and socially.
Qualifications
- DE Paraeducator permit
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Comfortable assisting with personal care needs, if required
- Ability to pass required background checks
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group classroom support
- Assist with academics, behavior management, and daily activities
- Implement IEP goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth
- Maintain a safe, positive learning environment
