Paraprofessional

Full-Time Paraprofessional We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a school setting. This role involves working 1:1 and in small groups with students who have diverse learning needs, including behavioral support needs and learning disabilities. Youll play a key role in helping students succeed both academically and socially.

Qualifications

• 48 college credits or passing score on Parapro Exam
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must have ABA experience
• Comfortable assisting with personal care needs, if required
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group classroom support
• Assist with academics, behavior management, and daily activities
• Implement IEP goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth
• Maintain a safe, positive learning environment
