Occupational Therapist School Setting - Baltimore, MD

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current and valid Maryland OT license
• Experience with OT in schools, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services and adapt interventions for students with diverse needs
• Assess, document, and track student progress using evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support optimal student development
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide professional support to school staff
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques for continued at-home progress
