Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity in Hartford, CT!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication goals.
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff.
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.
- Must meet Connecticut's applicable requirements for SLPA employment and supervision.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
