Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in California
• Previous experience with pediatric, school, or medically fragile populations preferred
• Ability to work empathetically with students, families, and faculty
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Proficient communication and organization skills
• Reliability and confidence in emergency response situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to an assigned student on a 1:1 basis as well as other students in the health room setting
• Administer medications and monitor chronic health conditions
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and implement care plans as needed
• Keep detailed records of student treatment and progress
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, school staff, and families
