Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or educational assistant is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management, instruction, and daily activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing lessons and aiding learning
• Support students with special needs, adapting tasks and materials to individual learning plans
• Help with supervising students throughout the school day, including meal times, recess, and transitions
• Document student progress and communicate information to teachers and staff
• Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all students
