Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and preparation of learning materials
• Support individual students or small groups, ensuring all students remain engaged and on task

• Provide assistance to students with special needs as directed by teaching staff
• Manage classroom technology or resources to enhance instructional delivery
• Monitor student progress and relay observations to the classroom teacher
