Critical Care Registered Nurse - Dallas, Texas

Seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a contract opportunity. This role will involve delivering exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and possess a strong clinical background in ICU nursing.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficient in critical care protocols and patient assessment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations

Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, performing comprehensive patient care
• Interpret and respond to vital signs and laboratory results promptly
• Administer appropriate medications and therapies according to established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement personalized care plans
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care, treatments, and procedures
