Special Education Teacher Elementary Autism Classroom We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to support an elementary self-contained Autism classroom in Spotsylvania County, VA. The teacher will provide individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, support student behavior and communication needs, and collaborate with families and related service providers to help students succeed.
- Full-time, school-based position
- Elementary self-contained Autism classroom
- Support students with varying academic, communication, behavioral, and adaptive needs
- Implement individualized instruction and positive behavior strategies
- Virginia Special Education License or eligibility required
- Experience with Autism and self-contained classrooms preferred
