Full Time Paraprofessionals Needed Grades K-8

These opportunities include placements within autism and behavior-based classrooms as well as multiple one-on-one support positions serving students in grades K-8. Available Opportunities:

CHOICES Program

• Small autism and behavior-based classroom setting
• Work directly with students requiring specialized support
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment

1:1 Student Support Positions

• Multiple openings available
• Support students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade
• Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance

Key Responsibilities

• Support students throughout the school day in classroom and school settings
• Assist with implementing teacher-directed instructional and behavioral plans
• Help students remain engaged and successful in academic activities
• Foster positive social interactions and independent living skills
• Provide behavioral support and redirection when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with school staff

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, students with disabilities, or behavioral support programs preferred
• Experience in special education, autism support, or behavioral classrooms is highly desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain patient, flexible, and professional in a school setting
• Commitment to supporting student growth and success
