• Previous experience working in a school-based environment preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
• Conduct consultations and support teachers and parents with strategies to foster communication in both classroom and home environments
• Participate in team meetings, eligibility determination, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy
• Deliver services both in-person and, where appropriate, via teletherapy platforms
