CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Leander, TX

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography and CT required
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, if applicable
• Minimum of one year of recent experience with both CT and X-Ray imaging
• Strong knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient care standards
• Proficiency with modern imaging equipment and software
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• BLS certification (current)

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient records in electronic health systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to facilitate prompt and effective diagnoses
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report maintenance needs
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workspaces in compliance with facility policies
• Observe all safety precautions and infection control procedures
