Make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students by supporting speech and language services in a dynamic school environment. This full-time contract opportunity runs from December through the end of February, with the possibility for extension. In this role, youll be onsite, collaborating closely with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.

What You'll Do:

• Assist and supervise elementary students as they transition to and from their speech therapy sessions at the computer station.
• Partner effectively with a virtual SLP, acting as the onsite liaison to reinforce communication and successful session delivery.
• Support students in maintaining engagement and participation during virtual speech services.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students.
• Track session attendance and report any concerns to the SLP or appropriate school staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both with students and staff.
• Team-oriented mindset with a flexible, proactive approach to challenges.
• Comfortable with basic technology and computer use.
