Desired Experience and Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group academic and behavioral support to students as directed by certified teachers
• Assist in the preparation and organization of learning materials and classroom activities
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and during transitions
• Support students with special needs, implementing individualized education plans as necessary
• Promote a positive, encouraging atmosphere to help all students feel safe and welcome
