We are seeking skilled Paraprofessionals for a contract role serving K-12 students, with an immediate need for ten Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). Assignments will be classified as PCA (Personal Care Assistant), and youll be working a consistent 35-hour week through June 2027.

Paraprofessionals in this role are vital team members, whether working 1:1 with students or assisting in classroom settingsprimarily across elementary and middle school. Your interventions will help shape a positive, inclusive learning experience for every child.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) in school settings
• Prior work as a paraprofessional or BHT with school-aged children
• Ability to assist with toileting and feeding tasks for students with diverse needs
• Full clearance through all Pennsylvania school safety and background requirements
• Available to interview with the hiring managers designee promptly
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group support, reinforcing teacher direction and IEP goals
• Aid teachers with behavior intervention plans and classroom management
• Help students develop communication, functional, and social skills
• Deliver essential care, including feeding and toileting, according to student plans
• Contribute to a safe, encouraging classroom environment

The assignment begins as soon as all required clearances are obtained and continues through the school year, up to June 2027. Your schedule will align with school hours, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
