Near Fountain, Colorado | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for multiple full-time school-based opportunities near Fountain, Colorado, just outside of Colorado Springs. These positions offer the chance to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting while supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

• Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location: Near Fountain, CO
• Setting: Elementary School
• Schedule: Full-Time

• Openings Available: 3
• Caseload: School-based student support services

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA or supervising clinician
• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support services
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel
• Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
