As an Implementation Analyst at LabXchange, you'll be instrumental in helping our clients successfully adopt and integrate our laboratory management solutions. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure our platforms, and ensure smooth transitions to our software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Configure and customize LabXchange solutions to meet client needs
- Develop and execute implementation plans and timelines
- Provide training and documentation to client teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor and report on implementation progress
- Ensure successful data migration and system integration
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software implementation experience
- Experience with healthcare systems and workflows
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of laboratory operations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field
