German Paraprofessional

Position Overview Summit Academy Independence is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking paraprofessional to support our German Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program for the upcoming school year. This individual will work closely with classroom teachers to support student learning in a fully immersive German-language environment. This role requires strong fluency in German, as communication with students during instructional time is conducted exclusively in German.

Key Responsibilities

Provide instructional support to students in small groups and one-on-one settings Assist the lead teacher with lesson implementation and classroom activities Reinforce language development and content learning entirely in German Support classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment Assist with preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization
