Handle terminations and support positive team culture through communication and mentorship.

Partner/Subcontractor Coordination

Manage subcontractor performance, open positions, bill rates, and partnership health.
Lead “jump ball” discussions for candidate sharing and mitigate performance concerns.

Corporate Interface & Reporting

Review and approve monthly travel requests and expense reports.
Ensure timecard accuracy and submission compliance.

Business Development & Proposal Support

Assign technical personnel to support RFIs, Industry Days, and proposal development.
Develop technical approaches, management strategies, and pricing inputs.
Support staffing for key personnel, and assign SMEs, writers, reviewers, and volume leads.
Contribute to strategy and execution planning to win new work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Experience managing complex CPFF/EPASS contracts and subcontractor relationships.
