Support strategic initiatives across pricing, revenue opportunities, finance, sales strategy, and company operations
Build AI tools, agents, automations, and workflows that reduce manual work

Partner closely with senior leadership across recruiting, operations, finance, sales, and strategy

Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving ability
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High-agency mindset with the ability to work independently
Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined job description
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 4 days per week

Nice to Have
