At Stretch Zone, we help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness through practitioner-assisted stretching. We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Stretch Practitioners.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time

• Shifts Available: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on studio needs and availability

• Training: Online training followed by in-person training

Responsibilities

• Provide practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone techniques.
• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.
• Deliver a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every client.
• Conduct booked demonstration sessions and convert demos into paying members.
• Meet sales expectations by confidently presenting membership options and closing sales.
• Make follow-up phone calls to prospective members to encourage membership sign-ups and reconnect with potential clients.
• Build relationships with clients and encourage consistent attendance.
• Educate clients about the benefits of stretching and available membership options.
• Assist with membership sales and contribute to studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with sales, closing memberships, and making follow-up calls.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and willing to work toward sales targets.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Interest in fitness, health, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
• No previous stretching experience is necessary; training will be provided.

Training Requirements

All new hires must successfully complete the required online training before participating in in-person training.
