Warmly greet guests and handle questions or complaints professionally

Prepare bistro menu items per recipes, portions, and presentation

standards

Rotate stock and check dates to keep products fresh

Operate the register, process payments, and balance the drawer

Restock coolers, freezers, and shelves to maintain full, organized

displays

Record food temps and follow all sanitation rules

Complete shift logs such as safe counts, cigarette counts, and fuel

updates

Assist with unloading deliveries and keep the stockroom organized

Maintain clean and safe sales floors, restrooms, and outdoor areas

High school diploma or GED

Willingness to complete Level 1 ServSafe certification

Open availability, including evening, weekend, and holidays
