Program Specialist 3

Sthenos LLC (PA entity ID on file), doing business as Sthenos Technologies, is a contracted staffing vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is hiring three (3) Program Specialist 3 professionals for the PA Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs, 555 Walnut Street, 5th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, full-time (40 hours/week). Duties: perform advanced program analysis and development work supporting statewide developmental-programs initiatives; interpret and apply federal and state regulations, policies and waivers; develop, review and revise program policies, procedures, bulletins and guidance; monitor provider and county compliance and analyze program and fiscal data; prepare reports, briefings and recommendations for management; coordinate with counties, providers, advocates and other state agencies; and lead or participate in workgroups and special projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of professional experience in human services program planning, analysis, policy development or administration (or an equivalent combination of experience and training); strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site in Harrisburg. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly. Pay: $27.00 per hour.
