Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Sthenos LLC (PA entity ID on file), doing business as Sthenos Technologies, is a contracted staffing vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is hiring five (5) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for 1st shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) at the PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Southwestern Veterans' Center, 7060 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 (Allegheny County). LPNs provide direct nursing care within LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, monitor and report changes in resident status, perform routine procedures, and complete accurate documentation. Requirements: active PA LPN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR; long-term care or institutional experience preferred. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site at Southwestern Veterans' Center. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly. Pay: $39.00 per hour, paid weekly. Credentialing completed through Sthenos before start: active PA LPN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR (AHA); government-issued photo ID; PA State Police criminal background check (ePATCH); FBI fingerprint clearance; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; pre-employment physical; TB screening; immunization and flu records; professional references; pre-employment drug screen.
