Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Float

Sthenos Technologies is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for float / rotating 8-hour shifts at SCI Laurel Highlands. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living, support mobility and transfers, monitor and record vital signs and intake/output, and report changes to the nursing team while maintaining a safe, dignified environment. Requirements: active PA CNA certification (PA Nurse Aide Registry); current BLS/CPR; long-term care experience preferred. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site at SCI Laurel Highlands. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly. Pay: $23-$27 per hour, paid weekly. Credentialing completed through Sthenos before start: active PA CNA certification verified on the PA Nurse Aide Registry; current BLS/CPR (AHA); government-issued photo ID; PA State Police criminal background check (ePATCH); FBI fingerprint clearance; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; pre-employment physical; TB screening; immunization and flu records; professional references; pre-employment drug screen.
