Original job description

WHO WE ARE & WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

CMOs approved the AI spend. They bought the tokens. Now they need to show business impact without losing control of brand, compliance, or quality.

That's why Stensul is getting pulled into the world's largest brands and their enterprise marketing teams. We help them ship with AI, without losing control.

Stensul is the Governed Creation™ platform for top consumer banks, healthcare firms, and pharma companies, as well as iconic brands like BlackRock, Cisco, Equifax, Siemens, and Thomson Reuters. Our AI tools and controls help them turn human- and AI-generated campaigns into approved, market-ready content faster.

We live by four values: Lead with Customer Value, Garra, Move with Purpose, and Win as a Team. If you thrive in complex enterprise environments and want to own a revenue-generating area of the business, keep reading.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with our Account Executives and Customer Success team on new business and customer expansion. You will help prospects and customers find where their production process cannot keep up with their AI and personalization investments, and show how Stensul helps them meet that demand without compromising brand or compliance. You will be involved from discovery through designing the solution that meets each customer’s needs. You will develop and maintain deep knowledge of our product, integrations, and services, as well as our competitors. Building strong, trusted relationships with prospects, customers, and the revenue team will be key to your success in this role.

Effectively combine product & industry knowledge, competitive insights, and customer solution requirements to illuminate business outcomes
Support discovery that connects a priority marketing initiative to the production problem holding it back
Create and deliver clear, concise custom product demonstrations to potential clients and existing customers
Define and run proofs of concept scoped to what the customer needs to see to make a decision, with agreed success criteria
Assist in building business cases/ROIs to clearly show Stensul’s value to the organization
Accurately scope the product and services needed for customers to achieve their goals
Conduct knowledge transfers internally to ensure all teams at Stensul can provide the proper ongoing support and services
Maintain deep understanding of marketing clouds, marketing automation platforms, and the AI capabilities within them
Develop and lead internal enablement sessions on product, industry, and AI topics
Share patterns from customer conversations with Product to help identify and prioritize product enhancements.
Own RFPs and security assessments, and work with IT and security stakeholders on integration, data handling, and AI governance questions
Use AI tools to prepare for accounts, tailor demos, complete RFPs, and work more efficiently, all while sharing what works with the team
Participate in marketing initiatives and trade shows (as needed)

WHO YOU ARE

Lives Stensul’s core values: Lead with Customer Value, Garra, Move with Purpose, and Win as a Team
5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or presales at an enterprise SaaS company
Experience supporting complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, and helping existing customers expand
Uses AI tools in their daily work and understands how LLMs behave, including their limits
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiar with digital marketing technology, preferably email
Experience selling into regulated or approval-heavy industries such as banking and healthcare is a plus
Working knowledge of Adobe or Salesforce marketing platforms is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML & CSS (ideally for email) is a plus

WHY STENSUL, WHY NOW

You'll be selling something that actually matters. Enterprise marketing teams are under more pressure than ever - faster timelines, AI in the workflow, higher compliance risk, smaller teams. Stensul solves a real, urgent problem, and customers feel it the moment they're live.

The market is moving our way. Governed Creation™ and our MCP early access program are positioning Stensul at the intersection of AI and enterprise marketing operations - one of the most active buying conversations happening in the enterprise right now. You'll be in those conversations early, and you'll often be the person who makes them concrte.

You'll have real ownership. This is not a role where you get pulled in to run a demo someone else designed. You'll shape the solution, influence deal strategy, and own the outcome next to the Account Executive.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $65,000 + variable compensation
Equity: everyone has a stake in our growth
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision for you and dependents
401(k), life insurance, commuter benefits, parental leave
Flexible time off

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City headquarters. Compensation ranges reflect this location and our openness to candidates across multiple levels of experience. Actual compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Stensul is an Equal Opportunity Employer, meaning that we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected class. We are committed to creating an environment that celebrates diversity & in which each employee feels empowered to bring their whole self to work.
