Job Description
Role: JIRA Administrator Location: Herndon,VA Type: Full-Time. Duration: Long-term (2 years) Salary: Can Be Discussed
Duties:
- Configure and maintain the production JIRA Services
- Responsible for bug tracking, issue tracking and project management tool
- Support, compile and troubleshoot JIRA
- Manage various development tools, testing tools and monitoring tools
- Plan, evaluate, deploy, operate and maintain tools to suit the expanding user-base
Requirements:
- Experience with administering JIRA
- Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
- Very good/solid knowledge of SDLC and experience working with Agile teams
Desired Skills:
- Experience integrating JIRA with Atlassian Confluence
