Work Location

• Hybrid: 205 W 39th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10018
• 3-4 days per week hybrid

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain technical packs in Centric, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Apply colorways to CADs and prepare or update line sheets.
• Organize design materials and support the team with day-to-day administrative and project-related tasks.
• Assist with general design department needs to help keep projects organized and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when updating technical packs and design information.
• Familiarity with Centric PLM or the ability to learn the system quickly.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and other tools used to color CADs and prepare line sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to provide reliable day-to-day support in a fast-paced design environment.
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, product design, or a related field is preferred.
