Subsidiary Aluminum Dynamics
Overview
Responsible for safely and effectively processing commercial traffic from arrival through the departure process.
Responsibilities
- Scaling trucks in and out in a timely manner
- Process paperwork and data entry
- Print and organize receiving documents
- Communicate with personnel regarding truck loading/unloading to help streamline the process
- Problem solving and decision making
- Assist with administrative duties
- Monitoring scale cameras
- Work closely with other members in the receiving departments and material handling on a daily basis
- Assist suppliers and trucking companies by communicating issues
- Scan, email and photocopy documents as required
Qualifications
Required
- Safety Oriented
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong willingness to learn
- Shift work required with Willingness to work scheduled and non-scheduled overtime
- Pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
Preferred
- Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of the steel making process and mill layout
- Previous scale house experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
