The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians. These positions will be located in the Ozark County Customer Service Center based at 19049 W. Highway 160, Gainesville, MO. This office specializes in Vendor Processing.

Responsibilities

As our Benefit Program Technician you will help Missouri citizens to receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance so they can live safe, healthy and productive lives.

Every day you will determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for these services, interview clients in person and by telephone, prepare summaries and much more.
